Charles Griffith is a graduate of Indiana University and Capital Law School. He has worked in the title industry since 1976 and has been a practicing attorney since 1978. Charles is a resident of Westerville, Ohio.

Attorney
Josh Fravel is an Attorney and Partner at Griffith Law, where he plays a central role in managing the firm’s civil litigation practice. With years of experience in litigation, real estate law, andbusiness disputes, Josh brings a wealth of expertise to the table. He has represented clients in a broad range of legal matters, focusing on complex disputes related to real estate, contracts, and probate.

Chief Operating Officer
Lisa (Griffith) Mahlerwein is a graduate of Wright State University and earned her MS from Purdue University. She joined Columbus Title Agency of Westerville, Inc., as Chief Financial Officer in 2018 and now serves as Chief Operating Officer.
Lisa’s expertise lies in the ability to unify teams and to provide tools to make the team more efficient and effective.

Director of Marketing and Business Development
Chuck has been in banking & finance for over 25 years with 22 years of commercial and residential loan experience. Chuck is a board member of the Westerville Realty Association, Lewis Center Realty Association, Board Member of the Westerville Chamber of Commerce as well as the Delaware Country Chamber Government Affairs Committee.
